Your favorite thing about redstone: The infinite abilities of just turning wires on and off is the thing that I am fascinated of in redstone.
A build you have made which demonstrates redstone knowledge (This is your trial build): I made an 8-bit Arithmetic Logic Unit which takes two inputs and can do different operations with them like addition, subtraction or bitwise operations (OR, AND, XOR and their inverses)
Explain what your build does in detail: ALU takes two 8-bit inputs and can add, subtract or do bitwise operations depending on which mode we have selected with them and has an 8-bit output. I used the CCA from this video https://youtu.be/4tZPzJRMDX0?si=_fzwuEq2QQa3guw_. By inverting all bits of one input and adding 1 I made it also a subtractor. I’ve taken some wires out of the CCA and each of them has an output of one of bitwise operations. I also placed inverters on each of them.
