At this point staff has decided to deny your appeal. After your two Timeouts you have continued rage-baiting and making huge claims without backing them up. On top of that, you made new threads. Even after multiple warnings, criticism and tips from staff and players you continued this behaviour. Your appeal also shifts blame to the community instead of showing how you yourself changed. Honestly, nothing here shows you have changed.
You can try again in the future (at least 30 days from now), but we generally expect some self reflection really, instead of blaming others for it.
