4-bit CCA

Your favorite thing about redstone: i love how it resembles logic and can be used to turn my creative idea’s into a possible reality.

A build you have made which demonstrates redstone knowledge (This is your trial build): 4-bit CCA

Explain what your build does in detail: it takes in 4 bits of input from each column (column A/B) and into an xnor gate for the adding carry (to the carry cancel tower) and a nor gate for the carry cancel. the build also takes the xnor and inverts it back to an xor for the sum, which is hooked up to a final xor. The carry cancel tower’s final computed output is inputed into the other side of the final xor which gives us the final sum of the CCA. if i wanna toggle it to subtract mode i just invert input b and turn on the carry in (two’s compliment: invert all bits n add 1; made a lever toggle input for it) (also obviously the final carry out is not taken into account for subtraction).

Unfortunately your trial build is not sufficiently advanced. As stated in your previous application, you must have at least a 4 bit ALU.
Also we ask that you don’t create multiple posts as it’s easier for us to track things when there is just one. I will lock this post, when you create an ALU, please respond to your previous application with image(s) and a description.
