Explain what your build does in detail: My build takes in 3 inputs, a setting(operation) and 2 4 bit inputs that will be processed, for example CIN Setting bit, when enabled will add a Carry to the Adder, These setting bits can be used to do bitwise and arithmetic operations(AND,NAND,OR,NOR,XOR,XNOR,NOT,Down ShiftShift(/2),Up Shift(x2), Addition, Substraction),
The output should only ever be 4 bits
