the 8 bit alu ripples at 1 tick per bit, the max latency is 12 ticks.
since it uses redstone torches, it could probably have a 3 tick throughput for one type of calculation, but I would have to test if it were true.However 12 to 13 ticks for all intensive purposes… also no moving parts…
