Explain what your build does in detail: It’s a 4 bit ALU with addition, subtraction via 2’s complement, and bitwise logic functionality. It supports AND, NAND, OR, NOR, XOR, and XNOR. It also has a simple rom to make switching between these bitwise logic functions easy.
