A 4 bit decoder is not sufficient as a trial build. Generally the bar is a 4 bit ALU or something just as, or more, advanced. Please reply if you have a different build you’d like to use instead.
i don’t know how to make ALU so i need to learn so for now you can ignore this application. i will make another one when i learn more things.
