a binary encoder/decoder is not on par for builder level. a calculator is close, but we’re specifically looking for ALUs or other kind of components. it should be able to do logic operations as well as arithmetic on a (>=4 bit) binary input.

note: we ask for a warp to your trial build which you can set with /setwarp in-game on ORE.
