Appealable survival bans require you to wait at least 30 days before appealing. Your ban was on 2026-06-28T16:23:00Z so you’ve still got a bit. That means the survival ban goes from 2026-07-28T04:00:00Z→2026-08-27T04:00:00Z and then you are welcome to appeal.
More specific to this incident, I understand the chest in question was donations for the owner, not a general community chest for anyone. I can understand the confusion, but it’s best to exercise caution unless you’re perfectly sure a chest is fine to take from.
