A build you have made which demonstrates redstone knowledge (This is your trial build): Three-state Turing machine
Explain what your build does in detail: The state is stored as a 2 bit number. State 0 halts the machine. Every clock cycle, the state and current cell is decoded into a new state and commands to send to the tape. The tape is based on a piston feed tape of copper bulbs. The tape only shifts in one direction, this is still enough to be Turing complete as long as the cyclical tape is infinite
