New build: a modified version of the old submission, but it can treat the inputs as binary, and do bitwise logic and arithmetic, or add (or sub b from a) the 2 hex inputs. It uses carry-cancel logic to do the additions, and blocks the carrys from propagating for bitwise logic. It is expandable up to 8 nibbles (32 bits), but it would not be worth it to build them all.
