When you were banned (approximately): 1/3/2026
Why you were banned (if known):

The day before the ban I was in vc with kebabisos, MixelManiac and Epic10l2_Gaming.

I was pretending to mace attack Epic (flying up with elytra and landing close to him).

When Epic said something along the lines of (you don’t want to try that).

To me it sounded like he was challenging me.

I then mace attacked him a few times (wich he apperantly clipped).

I made sure to always have Epic get his items back.

The next day I log on, go to the nether and almost immediatly kebab and I get attacked by Epic.

Epic continued to pop somewhere between 10 and 20 of kebab’s totems without consent.

And also killed me twice with the second time my items burning in a lava pool after I had just picked them back up trying to protect kebab.

I was quite unhappy with this and decided to ping staff in the discord server.

After wich Epic submitted the clip of the day prior (Without any context on the situation of that event).

And got us both banned.

Why you should be pardoned:

I made mistakes, I learnt from them.

I’ll be more carefull around pvp in the future.

I really appreciate the ORE community and would love to be able to participate in the survival server too.

And while I understand that the moderators dealing with this situation at the time were not too happy to deal with the ongoing drama.

I do feel that there should have been more context given and more questions asked before reaching a verdict.

You both verified what had happened broke our survival rules, I’m not sure what more you wanted us to wait for. Additionally, we don’t need a play-by-play of the situation after the fact. We aren’t concerned with finding out “he started it” or “I’m technically in the right”. You broke the rules, the appeal should work to convince us you won’t repeat the offense, not that you’re still hung up on the drama.

Just to be clear, this is not a reply that represents staff as a whole and is just my own thoughts on the situation. I don’t intend it to be harsh, but we never enjoy dealing with survival drama on a server about redstone computers.

As for staff as a whole, we are currently discussing the appeal and will provide a verdict within the next couple of days.
