A build you have made which demonstrates redstone knowledge (This is your trial build):
It's a simple 4bit Ripple Carry ALU capable of basic math (+/-) and the logic gates: OR, XOR, NOR, XNOR, AND and NAND
Explain what your build does in detail:
It takes 2 4 bit inputs and a 1 bit carry input, it gives a 4 bit output, the calculation you do is addition by default but by powering certain lines (!A, !B, OR, Flood Carry and Carry in) you can change what operation it does.
