Note: Apparently tcgoat has already been banned from survival, I’m not really sure - but if that’s the case, I’m posting this so that players affected can have their stuff/builds back.
Player tcgoat has been seen stealing and griefing from many players on ORE Survival, allegedly not complying with the rules and/or not reading them, which caused inconvenience to those affected.
I’m going to cover all cases that were both reported and those that I found myself, so that those affected and documented in this report can have their stuff and builds back without explicitly having to reach out.
First, as described here, player stole 168 wind charges from evgen_to’s shop, worth 7 diamonds.
Next, in someone’s base (I’m not sure who’s base it is, but I assume it’s ejlee’s base since there are lots of transactions of them specifically taking/placing stuff in furnaces/chests) (16 64 13), tcgoat stole:
- a diamond pickaxe (-3 diamonds)
- 2 emerald blocks + 39 emeralds (57 emeralds)
- 155 amethyst shards
- 16 ender pearls
- 54 more emeralds (totalling 111 emeralds stolen)
Next, in _Whisk’s + Wueffi’s collaborative shop (43 64 7), player stole 192 fireworks. In this shop, each stack (64) of fireworks is worth a diamond. -3 diamonds. 
Lastly, this is the most major one. DanielAtias’ house (and I think this house also belongs to RedstonePancakes) was completely destroyed by tcgoat exploding it with TNTs. Remember that these houses also had chests with very expensive stuff inside, so while cost of damage is uncertain, it’s very natural to assume it being very high - both DanielAtias and RedstonePancakes are very wealthy in this survival version.

Below is another case of griefing - this time, their (allegedly) potato farm.

I’m very sure that there are more cases like these, I just haven’t really found them or seen anyone report them.
