Currently the staff system for becoming staff, A is not very common, B is very difficult, C kind of illogical.
I propose we create a new staff selection system such as where someone could apply for a staff position, get there application looked over and a sort of Trial Mod rank. If a week goes by and they are a great staff person, you would promote them to Mod. If they had applied for a higher position they would earn it over time. I feel as though this would be a worth while change because there would be more staff, and more staff could do trials, because some people can never be online with the current staff time zones.
