No related but need help plz

Hey, I know this is not related to restoring in any way but I figure a lot of you guys are tech savvy,

I flashed a usb drive with Ubuntu and installed it on my new computer, now I’m trying to transfer files over using that drive but It is t being detected, I can see the Linux partitions in disk utility but it refuses to work with any of my partition commands, I’m assuming it’s because it’s greyed out, (see below). Spent 70 bucks on this so hoping to fix it.

You need to use gparted to wipe the partition table and create new partitions.
sudo apt install gparted

Oh my god dude thanks, I was trying to do this in the max disk utility, that was way better
