It’s an adder / substractor, i may use it as a really simple alu

I don’t know i was working on a cpu so i guess that works

Your Application is not what what we are expecting. (image, ‘what it does’, ‘what it is’ fields in the wrong order).
You need to decide on a build of complexity above or equal to a full alu (add sub, bitwise operations), so that we can prepare and evaluate you on that.
