What do you like the most about redstone?: The fact that you could build calculators, computers with just redstone amazes me.
What’s a thing you have made which demonstrates redstone knowledge?: A calculator
What does the thing do?: It takes an input, calculates, and displays the output

What do you plan on making for your build trial?: An input system for a calculator
Do you agree with the rules?: Yep!
So you’re planning to create specifically an input system during the trial? Could you elaborate on what it would do to make it trial-worthy?
The input system would include a keypad, connected to an encoder into bcd, and a shift register. If it is not worthy, i could make an alu.
An ALU would work.
This application has been accepted! Whenever both you and a staff member are free, feel free to ask them for a trial. You are able to try again after failing and waiting 24 hours. It is always recommended to do a practice trial with another member before starting your real one and to practice the questions found at ORE Binary Quiz to help prepare for some of the trial questions.
