A build you have made which demonstrates redstone knowledge (This is your trial build): I have made an ALU (with the help of LLucas to understand it)

Explain what your build does in detail: It allows you to write two 8 bit inputs into into a single 8 bit output using of logic tables from OR, XOR, NAND, AND ect. And also lets u do a postitive adder and negative adder
