Uh, I began the trial, but my build turned out to be unacceptable, so I want things to be left clear.

Did the staff member explain why the build was unacceptable? Are you in need of clarification?

From what i could gather, your alu did all the operations required. The issue might be with how your alu computes them. For example, calculating every operation individually and choosing which to output is too simple for builder rank.

In that case, it would be deemed in fact too simple. All it does is output results for various operations, and has a switch that alters some results.
(For example, ADD → SUB, XOR → XNOR)
Thanks for the clarification. I will work on a larger build to give it a second try.
