Why you should be pardoned:
Nick banned me “for posting thigh high pics”. Two days before Zebek warned me that I shouldn’t post those on ore, so I stopped. I assume a warning doesn’t come with a time out a day after it is issued, if the person stops doing what they were warned about.
I think issuing a warning (without a time out) is fair considering ORE users have sent similar pictures before (literally Uni a couple months ago, albeit it was just stockings, no skin, I showed a small portion of mid thigh), so I didn’t think they were prohibited.
This ban could potentially be discriminatory in nature, read section “Suspect staff behavior” for more information.

Suspect staff behavior:
A couple hours before the ban I sent a message in lounge which says “I love 621”. I was referring to MSG, which I have consumed a few minutes prior to sending said message.
Circa 15 minutes before the ban, Nickster started interrogating me about “the meaning of 621”. At first I said that it’s just a number and then I said that it’s MSG (genuinely what I was referring to). I then got timed out for a week and nick said that the reason wasn’t that message but instead the thigh high pictures.
After talking to some people from the community, I found out that the reason that Nickster was interrogating me was probably because of a certain website that contains this number. He asked me to Google “621”, I did and nothing explicit showed up. The reader can try Googling “621” themselves if they want to. I promise nothing explicit will show up.
After realizing this wasn’t going anywhere, he timed me out for a week and said the reason was thigh high pics I sent. I told him I that I was warned and that I stopped the problematic behavior, to no response.
Now from my point of view, it’s possible that Nickster was feeling trigger happy at the moment and was just looking for a reason to ban me, or that he dislikes me personally because I was genuinely unhinged 2 years ago (but I grew up since then), and that influenced his decision making.
I can’t know what was going through his head, but it’s possible that he already decided I was gonna be banned, thought that the number I sent was a fine reason, realized it was actually not a very good one (search for “rule 34 in the ore discord, there are 42 messages, and that is way more explicit than just saying the number “621”, which realistically doesn’t mean anything explicit by itself), and just banned me anyways and said it’s because of the thigh pics. Or he was just deliberately spiking my cortisol with the number talk. Either way it doesn’t look good.

I do not want to come to any conclusions here, it’s of course possible that Nickster genuinely thought I was just not following the rules and it could just be my prefrontal cortex talking, considering it won’t be fully developed until 2032. But if what I said is true then it sets a dangerous precedent and potentially counts as discrimination.
I will take what was said in good faith and assume that Nickster has no personal issues with me or anybody else in the community.
However I suggest that the staff further investigate this incident to avoid further confusion or drama. IF anybody does have issues with me, we can talk it out and more importantly said issues shouldn’t influence your decision making when it comes to how the rules apply to me, or anybody else for that matter.
