Posting this reply as myself and not to represent staff as a whole.
This type of thing is hard to verify and, if we did assume it was someone new when told so, it’d be an easy way for someone to evade proper punishment at least once.
The active list of offenses from what I can gather is:
Being a chat nuisance
Ban evading at least twice
Being disrespectful to both members and staff
Creating an “appeal” titled “Unban me penis heads” and continuing to be disrespectful there
I’m not 100% sure I’ve covered everything, but that’s what I can gather from the reports. All in all, we’d need to feel reasonably convinced that the existing punishment was sufficient and the actions wouldn’t be repeated, but we can’t exactly just take your word the account has changed hands.
